Swedish: is the most common type of massage, it can be both relaxing and energizing. It include long strokes, kneading, rolling, tapping, and circular movements.

Relaxation: to de-stress, calm and relax the mind and body. A relaxation massage treatment involve pain free flowing strokes performed at your chosen pressure.

Deeper Pressure: is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal tissue. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow deep strokes that can be painful.

Pregnancy/Prenatal: Is used to reduce stress, swelling in the arms and legs and relieve muscle and joint pain in pregnant women. It is a gentle touch and it can also involve different technics. Many pillows are used for comfort, while pregnant woman lie on their side. Prenatal massage are only provided for pregnant woman who are in their 2nd trimester and above, as pregnant woman carry risks on their 1st trimester.
